Pricing The Same Every Time

Flat rate of $12 per hour.
Service options include: 20 hours, 30 hours, 35 hours, 40 hours per week.
Payment Terms:
Clients prepay for services (minimum of 2 weeks upfront).
Renewals can be made weekly or monthly thereafter.
One-time setup fee: $300 (no additional fee for future VA hires under the same account).

Prepaid, Flexible Plans: No lock-in contracts. Clients can choose flexible working hours based on their business needs — from part-time to full-time arrangements

Dedicated Support: Each client and virtual assistant (VA) is assigned a Client Success Manager (CSM) who ensures smooth onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing support.

Performance Gaurantee

If a client is unsatisfied with their VA’s performance, the CSM will provide coaching and performance support — or the client can request a replacement at no additional cost.
